In Washington, D.C., the Youngblood team oversees the reassembly and upgrading of the formidable cyborg Overtkill by his creator, Dr. Wendall Petersen. Despite assurances of control, the mechanical menace is remotely awakened by a mob boss’s homing device, leading to a chaotic breakout that forces Shaft, Badrock, and Diehard into a desperate confrontation. The battle reaches a stunning climax when an acid-tipped arrow disintegrates Overtkill’s body, yet the villain’s head detaches to flee into space, eventually crashing back to Earth to seek a new alliance with the criminal underworld.
