The elite superhero team is tasked with a high-stakes transport mission as they attempt to bring a cryogenically frozen super-soldier named John Prophet back to the United States. Upon his sudden and disorienting awakening, Prophet mistakes the team for his ancient enemies, the Disciples, and unleashes a ferocious assault that pushes the Youngblood members to their limits. As the battle intensifies, the true Disciples of Doom and a rebel faction known as the Berzerkers crash the scene, escalating the conflict into a chaotic multi-front war. Amidst the carnage, a mysterious new vigilante known as Shadowhawk begins his own dark crusade against the criminal underworld.
