As the Mutant Liberation Front clashes with Kane, a startling revelation emerges when Stryfe unmasks to reveal a face identical to Cable's. Back at headquarters, Cable stuns the team by revealing that Cannonball's recent resurrection marks him as an immortal External, the very reason Cable traveled back to this era. Meanwhile, a vengeful Deadpool is dispatched by Tolliver to hunt down Domino, and the disgruntled Rictor joins forces with Weapon Prime to finally bring Cable down.
