In a twist of events, Wonder Man's efforts to protect Rick Jones prove more challenging than expected. Atlas, a cunning foe, reveals a unique power: he can swap places with Rick using the Nega Bands, employing rapid hit-and-run tactics against Wonder Man. However, the hero soon masters Atlas's rhythm, delivering a decisive blow that puts the villain in custody. With Atlas apprehended, Rick finds a new home with the Pantheon, setting the stage for a grand reunion of the Avengers from both coasts.
