The brutal hero is dragged into the deep sea by the savage Tiger Shark, who traps Wolverine's claws in a coral reef and leaves him to drown. This issue, a tie-in to the "Acts of Vengeance" storyline, finds Wolverine in a desperate struggle for survival. He must escape the watery grave and defeat Tiger Shark to complete his mission of rescuing the mercenary known as Roughouse.
