Trapped within the sinister Calliope's Carnival, Jack Russell finds himself at the mercy of Swami Rihva, a mystic who plans to use Jack’s lycanthropic blood to activate a powerful, treasure-seeking bloodstone. While his friends Buck and Lissa are ensnared by the Swami's mesmerism during their search, a sympathetic circus strongman named Elmo intervenes to stop the lethal ritual. The ensuing chaos allows the Werewolf to break free, leading to a terrifying confrontation where Rihva’s own dark mental powers ultimately prove to be his undoing.
