Now stripped of his demonic power and trapped in a human body, the entity known as Clown seeks out mob boss Tony Twist to claim responsibility for a string of mafia executions. Rather than showing gratitude for the confession, the crime lord attempts to eliminate his guest, eventually calling upon the lethal Admonisher to deal with the resilient intruder. While the mortal struggle unfolds on Earth, the Violator's demonic siblings observe from the pits of Hell, debating whether to offer their fallen brother salvation or leave him to his gruesome fate.
