When a pair of massive Leviathan monsters crash-land in Rome, Earth’s other defenders are nowhere to be found, leaving Medusa and the Uncanny Inhumans as humanity's last hope. The situation quickly escalates when a titan monster targets a nearby village, separating Crystal and Swain from the main team and leaving one severely injured. With a comrade down and a devastating threat closing in, one hero must confront her deepest struggles to defeat the colossal enemy and save the innocent lives depending on her.
