Sentenced to the depths of the afterlife, the depraved child murderer Billy Kincaid awakens in the grotesque and surreal spheres of Hell. Guided by a mysterious young girl, he navigates a harrowing landscape where the damned are systematically culled by macabre entities like the Soul-Trapper and the Prime Nomad. As Kincaid’s base instincts resurface even in damnation, he is confronted by the Vindicator, who reveals a dark purpose for his arrival. The serial killer soon discovers that his true nightmare is only beginning as he is forcibly bonded with a parasitic necroplasmic suit, intended to serve as a soldier in Malebolgia’s burgeoning army of Hellspawn.
