Detectives Sam and Twitch take matters into their own hands after being fired by the corrupt Chief Banks, leaking evidence of his ties to the child killer Billy Kincaid to the press. As the walls close in, the shadowy Jason Wynn ruthlessly protects his own interests by allowing Banks to take the fall alone, leading to a tragic end for the disgraced chief. Meanwhile, Spawn continues his slow recovery from the Curse’s brutal torture, drawing strength from nocturnal creatures as he prepares for his inevitable return to the alleys of New York.
