Spawn finally returns to the gritty alleys of New York City, receiving a warm welcome from his homeless allies, but the homecoming is quickly shattered by a celestial invasion. Heaven has unleashed a new, formidable Redeemer named Phil Timper, whose purity of heart grants him the power to leave Spawn broken and defeated in the shadows. As the angelic warrior kidnaps Bobby and teleports him to an unknown realm, the Hellspawn’s ravaged armor begins to pulsate with a life of its own.
