The herald of Galactus finds himself adrift and unnoticed, living as a homeless man on Earth. His already troubled existence is upended when his former master, the cosmic entity Galactus, arrives and declares himself a deity, commanding humanity to abandon all rules and simply enjoy themselves. This decree immediately spirals into worldwide chaos as order disintegrates under Galactus's shocking new role. The Silver Surfer must now confront the being he once served and somehow restore sanity to a world descending into anarchy.
