The vigilante known as Shadowhawk finds himself in a desperate battle against the city's corrupt forces as his secret identity, Paul Johnstone, struggles with the physical toll of his transformation. The weight of his mission clashes with the personal sacrifices he has made, forcing him to confront whether the pursuit of justice is worth the cost of his own life.
