Nick Fury and his Howling Commandos undertake a perilous mission to rescue Lord Ha-Ha, an Englishman broadcasting Nazi propaganda, believing he's being held captive. The rescue is complicated when Fury meets Lord Ha-Ha's strong-willed sister, Pamela, and they discover the propagandist is a willing defector who betrays them to the Nazis. During the intense fight that follows, the Howlers manage to secure victory, but sadly, the battle claims the life of Lord Ha-Ha and one of the Howling Commandos.
