In the backdrop of 1938 Los Angeles, stunt pilot Cliff Secord stumbles upon a high-tech rocket pack prototype stolen from aviation magnate Howard Hughes. With the help of his friend Peevy, Cliff adopts the persona of the Rocketeer to perform daring rescues, but he quickly becomes the target of both the FBI and a ruthless Nazi spy ring led by movie star Neville Sinclair. As the villains kidnap his girlfriend, Jenny, Cliff must master the experimental technology to engage in a high-stakes battle aboard a burning Zeppelin. This cinematic adventure pits a small-town aviator against the looming threat of the Third Reich in an epic race to protect a powerful weapon from falling into the wrong hands.
