Genetically resurrected dinosaurs roam free in Detroit's Dino Park after repeated sabotage releases the prehistoric beasts upon the public. RoboCop steps in to manage the towering threat, but his investigation quickly leads him beyond the rampaging monsters. Tracking the source of the mechanical failures, RoboCop discovers that a vengeful employee from a rival robotic dinosaur theme park is orchestrating the chaos from within Dino Park, working secretly for Nixco.
