After narrowly escaping a self-destruction sequence with Thyle's help, RoboCop returns to the heart of a production facility to dismantle a new line of unstable cyborgs. The situation turns catastrophic when the desperate executive Johnson activates the lobotomized units, only to realize they lack the human consciousness necessary to control their violent programming. As the factory descends into chaos, a suicidal unit triggers a massive explosion, leaving the facility in ashes while the survivors emerge from the wreckage of the inferno. RoboCop must once again face the high cost of mechanical justice in a world where corporate greed creates monsters it cannot contain.
