Magneto finds himself at the mercy of the Red Skull after being rescued from a zombie onslaught in the Deadlands. The uneasy allies must journey into the dangerous realm of New Xandar, ruled by Annihilus, as the Skull claims to know how to remove the power-dampening collar. Their survival hinges on an uncertain alliance as they face the horrors of Battleworld.
