Paul-Phillip Ravage, once the powerful leader of Eco Central, finds his life shattered after exposing internal corruption only to be framed and targeted for execution by his own boss. Narrowly escaping a deadly ambush alongside his assistant Tiana, he retreats to the city's forgotten shadows to forge a new identity from the very refuse of society. While Ravage constructs crude armor and weaponry from junkyard scrap, a dark prophecy on the mutant-filled island of Hellrock identifies him as the ultimate threat to the villainous Dethstryk’s reign. Forced to become a fugitive hero in a high-tech wasteland, he prepares to wage a one-man war against the corporate giants that betrayed him.
