Paul-Phillip Ravage, the head of Eco Central, is betrayed and framed for treason after he investigates corruption within his own organization, leading to him and his assistant Tiana narrowly escaping execution by Eco troops. Believed dead, the disgraced corporate leader takes refuge and forges makeshift armor from trash in a junkyard before hijacking a garbage truck. This transformation comes just as Dethstryk, the ruthless leader of the Mutroids on Hellrock, learns through a prophetic vision that Ravage is destined to become his greatest foe. The stage is set for an epic conflict between the newly emerging hero and a dangerous, hidden enemy.
