In a dystopian future, Paul-Phillip Ravage, head of Eco Central, uncovers a conspiracy within his organization that leads to him being framed and targeted for assassination. Believed dead, Ravage and his assistant Tiana go into hiding. Fueled by revenge, Ravage forges makeshift armor and commandeers a garbage truck, ready to fight back. Unbeknownst to him, a powerful enemy, Dethstryk, already sees Ravage as his greatest threat.
