Frank Castle assumes the identity of a man named Morris Brattle to draw out a deadly assassin, but the mission quickly escalates as he travels to the Middle East to sabotage a devastating experimental weapon. While Microchip maneuvers behind the scenes to strike a deal with Zukistani leadership, Castle finds his disguise compromised during a tense confrontation at a local bazaar. The situation turns dire when the Punisher is captured and face-to-face with the ruthless President Jekohadeem. In a heart-pounding cliffhanger, Frank is bound to the massive Brattle Gun just as it is prepared to fire upon an advancing army.
