In a dystopian future where justice is a paid service, Public Eye officer Jake Gallows witnesses the brutal murder of his family at the hands of the elite Kron Stone. Arming himself with high-tech weaponry and a cybernetic suit, he transforms into a new Punisher to wage a relentless war against organ-thieves and the high-society criminals who believe they are above the law. Under the watchful eyes of a police-state, Gallows balances his duties as an officer with his secret life as a lethal vigilante, punishing those who exploit the weak in the year 2099.
