Just before he is set to surrender to the authorities, the Punisher is intercepted by an unexpected ally: the recently overthrown Kingpin. In a final act of revenge, the Kingpin offers Frank Castle the intelligence needed to dismantle a significant portion of the mob's operations. Accepting the deal, the Punisher embarks on a swift campaign to weed out the targets on Kingpin's list. This intense issue marks the final chapter of this volume of the series.
