Kevin Green finds himself trapped in a literal and figurative cage when Colonel Samuels fits him with a specialized electric collar designed to suppress his heroic transformations. Forced into service as a pawn, Kevin is sent to disperse protestors at a nuclear testing ground, unaware that he is standing atop a live warhead counting down to a catastrophic explosion. As the truth of the Colonel’s deep-seated deceptions finally comes to light, the young hero must find a way to break his shackles and turn his formidable power against his manipulator. With time running out and innocent lives on the line, the stage is set for a final, explosive confrontation between the defiant champion and the man who tried to own him.
