The city's fragile peace is shattered when the powerhouse known as Blockbuster initiates a violent bank heist, driven by a desperate desire to fund a reunion with his estranged son. Omega intervenes in a destructive chase across a construction site, but the battle concludes with a surprising turn as the hero chooses to let the criminal vanish into the night. This choice leaves a bewildered crowd and a maturing James-Michael to wonder if their mysterious protector operates by any rules other than his own.
