Tricked by a calculated deception into believing her home planet of Euphorix is under siege, Kalista leads a daring team of Omega Men on a desperate rescue mission. However, their intervention takes a disastrous turn when the savage bounty hunters Lobo and Bedlam intercept and board their vessel. In the chaotic skirmish that follows, the team is overwhelmed, and Kalista is taken prisoner, leaving the remaining rebels to face an uncertain fate against the Citadel's brutal enforcers.
