The Human Rocket faces a glittering nightmare when he crosses paths with the unbreakable Diamondhead, a new criminal whose crystalline body proves nearly impossible to pierce. What begins as a routine pursuit quickly spirals into a desperate struggle as Richard Rider discovers his opponent's incredible durability and strength. To make matters worse, the sinister thief has successfully made off with vital evidence previously held by the captured Powerhouse, leaving the young hero reeling. Nova must now find a way to shatter this diamond-hard threat before his own heroic career is cut short.
