In a historic first contact, an Earth ship is suddenly ambushed by a missile-firing alien vessel captained by the formidable Zarz. To safeguard the location of Earth from these saucer-headed, loop-limbed giants, Captain Jay Johner must find a way to destroy the enemy before they follow his crew home. After a furious battle leaves both starships heavily damaged, Captain Johner makes a daring survival proposal via tele-translator to establish contact and trade. To solidify a new alliance between the worlds, half of the Earth crew ventures to the alien planet while half of the extra-terrestrials journey back to Earth.
