The Main Man, Lobo, finds himself taking orders from the last person he'd expect when Vril Dox II assigns a critical mission. To ensure the chaotic bounty hunter stays on task, Dox sends L.E.G.I.O.N. agent Layla as his handler, a butt-kicking operative who proves to be Lobo's match. Their uneasy partnership pushes Layla to her limits, leading her to become the DC Universe's very first "New Blood." This annual showcases Lobo in three distinct chapters, including "I'll Be Your Dog!" and "The Good, The Bad and the Geekoid."
