Tony Stark and Namor the Sub-Mariner discover a sinister plot orchestrated by Roxxon employees, masquerading as a naval group, to illegally extract Vibranium. As they race to expose the truth, Rhodey reveals Roxxon's true intentions: plundering valuable resources from a secluded island. Facing imminent defeat, the unscrupulous employees resort to desperate measures, destroying the island and all evidence of their illicit activities, leaving Iron Man and Namor to grapple with the aftermath.
