Danny Rand, the martial arts master known as Iron Fist, confronts a street gang in an alley, successfully using his power to defeat the criminals. However, his victory turns into tragedy when a stray bullet, which he caused a gunman to miss, kills an innocent mother nearby. Devastated by the accidental death he caused, Iron Fist must now face the profound moral weight of his powers and the harsh reality of urban heroism. This personal failure launches the hero into a quest that tests the very core of his identity and mission.
