Howard's bid for the presidency comes to a screeching halt when a fabricated photograph manipulates the public into believing a scandalous lie about his relationship with Beverly. Refusing to let her reputation be destroyed by political dirty tricks, a determined Beverly forces the reluctant duck on a journey across the border into Canada. There, the displaced duo must track down the infamous patriot Pierre Dentifris to uncover the truth and clear their names.
