After stumbling upon Norman Osborn's abandoned gear, Phil Urich, nephew of reporter Ben Urich, finds himself in possession of the Green Goblin's notorious equipment. Initially aiming to use the powers for good, Phil struggles to control the chaotic force he's unleashed. His new, unstable abilities quickly draw him into a world of street-level crime and heroic aspirations, blurring the lines between villainy and vigilante justice as he attempts to define his own version of the Green Goblin.
