Seeking a brief respite from his own deep-seated loneliness, the Man Without Fear patrols a quiet Manhattan evening only to encounter an unexpected and dangerous reunion with old foes. As his close allies grow increasingly worried about Matt Murdock's absence, the hero leaps back into action to defend his city from this overwhelming alliance of villainy.
