A bruised and battered Ghost Rider retreats to Central Park, reverting to Dan Ketch in a desperate bid to recover from his brutal clash with Johnny Blaze. However, any hope for peace is shattered when the sadistic Blackout begins slaughtering innocents to force the Spirit of Vengeance back into the fray. As the two bitter enemies lock horns, heavily armed H.E.A.R.T. operatives descend on the park to eliminate Ghost Rider once and for all. To complicate matters, a relentless Blaze tracks his target to the same location, forcing him into a shocking dilemma: destroy his original supernatural rival, or put an end to the vampire's murderous rampage.
