In a chaotic turn of events, the Freex escape a perilous situation by plunging their surroundings into darkness. Meanwhile, Valerie and Rush's destructive spree in a lab reveals Rush's true, unsettling nature to Valerie. A tense confrontation erupts when the other Freex arrive, leading to an initial clash between Rush and Valerie against their former allies.
