The elves have found a new home at Howling Rock, where the elements themselves seem to offer protection and a stony guardian stands watch. However, their newfound peace is disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious, unscented elf named Teir. While seemingly friendly, Teir's presence radiates an unsettling enigma that the band must contend with.
