Wracked with guilt over the death of his friend Gross, a tormented Devil-Slayer retreats to a desolate rock in the Negative Zone to await his own demise. He makes several desperate excursions back to Earth—including a tense encounter with a mob boss and a bittersweet visit to an old military buddy—but his deep self-pity keeps drawing him back to the cosmic void. Ultimately, Eric seeks out his ex-wife Cory in Jerusalem, whose newfound Christian faith offers a glimmer of redemption he feels entirely unworthy to receive. When he attempts to flee back to the anti-matter realm, Cory bravely leaps into his shadow cloak to face the dark dimensions by his side.

Please review all photos carefully. They show the exact comics you will receive, including any visible wear, creases, discoloration, or spine damage. Because grading is subjective and we are not professional graders, all condition assessments are based on visual inspection only. Vintage comics may have varying degrees of age-related wear, and some may have notable defects such as tears, stains, or missing pieces. Learn more about comic book grades here.
