Pacifist computer programmer Michael Collins finds his life forever changed when he is unwillingly transformed into the cybernetic killing machine known as Deathlok. Stripped of his humanity and unleashed in the Amazon rainforest of Estrella to protect corporate interests, his cybernetic systems dramatically malfunction mid-battle. This unexpected glitch allows Michael's consciousness to override his murderous programming, leading him to institute a strict no-kill parameter in the body he now shares with a computer. Determined to make Roxxon and Cybertek pay for their deception, he begins a perilous quest to reclaim his life and protect his family while operating as a reluctant vigilante.
