A chaotic fight erupts at a local mall between the Punisher, Savage Steel, and dangerous arms dealers. Darkhawk, after visiting a wounded friend, plunges into the fray and even manages to regenerate a damaged hand during the intense conflict. Putting aside their differences, the armored hero intervenes just in time to prevent the Punisher from delivering a fatal blow to Savage Steel. Meanwhile, Chris Powell's father continues his own clandestine investigation after hiring a private detective.
