Goaded into returning to the surface world to claim his Atlantean heritage, a frustrated Namor decides to seek legal help and walks right into the law offices of Nelson and Murdock. When the lawyers are unable to build a case without precedent or documentation, the short-tempered Sub-Mariner goes on a destructive rampage through the city just to force his way into a courtroom. However, before his day in court arrives, an uprising back home forces him to cut his surface visit short, destroying anything in his path as he rushes back. It is up to Daredevil to step in, using all his agility and skill to minimize the chaos and protect the city from the Sub-Mariner's wrath.
