After a simple errand for a tank of gas goes horribly wrong, Concrete's assistant Larry Munro finds himself kidnapped at gunpoint by a psychotic criminal with a "killer smile" and his girlfriend. Forced to act as their getaway driver in a perilous, high-stakes ride across Los Angeles, Larry must navigate explosive chaos as his captors try to evade the law. With the police mistakenly branding Larry as a willing member of the violent gang, the pressure mounts on a frantic Concrete to locate and rescue his best friend before the authorities end the standoff in a tragic hail of bullets.
