Welcome to Golden City, a seemingly perfect community of invitation only residents, maintained by the mysterious superwoman known as Grace. When the dangerous super-criminal Warmaker breaks free from Grace's incarceration, the city's idyllic facade is shattered. It falls to the unusual hero Rebel, who is secretly twins trading their power back and forth, to stop the escapee and protect the city's inhabitants from chaos. Rebel must quickly master their dual identity to succeed, or this corner of paradise will be lost.
