However, their pursuit is quickly complicated when they encounter an unexpected new opponent. Meanwhile, Congressman DeMarco arrives at the clandestine Cinnebar Flats facility for an inspection, where he learns of a recent escape from the maximum-security Block Thirteen, suggesting a new wave of threats is loose in the world.
