A high-stakes kidnapping unfolds as the villain Death's Angel captures foreign dignitaries and retreats onto a nuclear submarine, narrowly failing to launch a missile strike on New York. Morgan Stryker, having saved the President, must assemble his team, the Strykeforce, to infiltrate the enemy vessel and rescue the hostages. This initial mission for the newly formed super-hero unit challenges them to prevent a global catastrophe and secure the submarine as their own base of operations.
