The brutal anti-hero Chapel finds himself in the crosshairs after his refusal to carry out a mission for his superior, Wynn. His troubled past, including the murder of Al Simmons, haunts him as Wynn attempts to use Chapel's old enemy, Giger, to take him down. To survive this double threat, the notorious warrior is forced into an uneasy alliance with Duke, an alleged traitor from his and Simmons' past.
