The world's friendliest ghost is having trouble finding anyone willing to play with him this month. Desperate for a pal, Casper tries out several new hiding spots and disguises, hoping to sneak up on some unsuspecting children without scaring them away. He soon discovers that sometimes, the best way to make a friend is just to be himself, even if he is a ghost.
