During a spacewalk, astronaut Mitchell Cameron is engulfed by the mysterious "Enigma Cloud," transforming him into the powerful being known as Bolt. Upon his return to Earth, suffering from memory loss and exhibiting new abilities, he is mistakenly identified as an alien threat by the government's super-team, the Starforce Six. This misunderstanding immediately sparks an explosive confrontation between the newly-emerged powerhouse and the Earth's cosmic ambassadors. This issue marks the first appearance and origin of Bolt and the Starforce Six team.
