Fully restored and heavily armed, Bloodshot and his ally Wigan embark on a mission to track down and neutralize "assets" being illegally sold off by the unscrupulous organization PRS. Their hunt takes them into a dangerous confrontation, notably involving a pirate ship crewed by Chainsaw commandos. Meanwhile, the new administration of PRS meets to strategize, hinting at their political connections and revealing that the powerful operative Rampage has joined their ranks, setting the stage for future conflict. Bloodshot, also known as Angelo 'Michael Lazarus' Mortalli, must navigate this renewed corporate threat as he battles to dismantle their illicit operations.
